WHAT IS FRAUD?


In the State of Michigan fraud, in general, is a criminal charge that involves a wrongful or criminal deception to the detriment of an innocent party, for the defendant’s personal or financial gain. There are several different types of fraud and some examples are; Medicare Fraud, Healthcare Fraud, Insurance Fraud, Credit Card Fraud, Identity Theft, among many others.
