- Fines up to $10,000.00 or 3 times the amount taken

Felony Theft/Larceny of property valued over $20,000.00 penalties:
- Imprisonment in the Michigan Department of Correction for not more than 10 years
- Fines up to $15,000.00 or 3 times the amount taken
